Advantage Flooring Product Range
Advantage Flooring supplies two different product ranges. Each suited to specific application areas with associated cost considerations. Both share the same patented heavy duty structure and are supplied with the same TuffCote™ surface protection.
The ULTRA range is manufactured from a recycled PVC base with the TuffCote™ pigmented top coating.
Products from this range are suitable for light to medium duty traffic areas such as offices, nursery schools, residential and other areas in the absence of abusive wear conditions.
The EXTREME range is manufactured from a virgin pigmented PVC base, with a matching pigmented TuffCote™ top coating.
Products from this range can take a great deal of punishment and are suitable for heavy duty traffic areas, such as factories, motor garages and other areas subject to hard wearing activities.

The TuffSeal™ products from both these ranges are supplied in three different surface patterns.
TuffSeal Vinyl Flooring with TuffCote .
TuffSeal Smooth
The SMOOTH attractive hammer tone surface finish is ideal for many applications where a comfortable smooth under foot feeling is required. Such areas include offices, canteens, hotels, educational institutions and many more.
TuffSeal Stud
The STUD low profile checker pattern provides an attractive surface for areas requiring a little extra grip which can be adjusted for intensity if required. Warehouses, control rooms, IT installations are some examples.
TuffSeal Marquis
The MARQUIS surface is the one to choose if you are looking for an industrial effect or if you need the benefits it offers. This product is used extensively in public areas with heavy foot traffic, often seen in airports, institutions and in manufacturing facilities.
TuffSeal with TuffCote Flooring
This Advantage flooring range is available as ULTRA or EXTREME commercial flooring which boasts the hidden interlocking system. TuffSeal™ refers to the physical shape and patented joining design of the tile. TuffCote™ refers to the in-house formulated & factory applied top surface coating of the tile.
TuffSeal™ SMOOTH

Tuff 7 Hammertone Heavy Duty PVC Tile
Tuff 7 Hammertone with TuffCote
Tuff 7 is a heavy duty smooth surface product using the traditional open interlock sporting a hammertone finish. Whist this does not enjoy the benefits of the TuffSeal™ hidden interlocking design it is easily installed and popular in many areas where liquid resistance and an open joint design are not important. The Tuff 7 PVC tile still enjoys the added protection of TuffCote™.

In our quest to be the best The Macdonald Group has always invested in R & D, finding and manufacturing the best in PVC flooring.
Almost 20 years ago TuffSeal™ tiles were introduced becoming the internationally acclaimed patented gold standard for Interlocking Vinyl Flooring.
The addition of TuffCote™ - a factory applied PUR top coating now ensures an extremely hard surface coating on TuffSeal™ products which is stain resistant, easily cleaned and enhances the sheen of the installed floor covering.
TuffCote™ Protection
Our TuffCote™ products are a result of an in-house formulation developed with the assistance of our American and European colleagues, and an investment in a purpose built application line.
This top coating is our improvement on the type of Polyurethane top coatings now used on the best quality Luxury Vinyl Tiles (LVT), and provides the same only stronger characteristics.

Advantage Flooring is a division of the Macdonald Group which enjoys a 60 year history of providing quality manufactured products for very specific markets. Our flooring division has always maintained strict quality controls ensuring consistent products. Our customers enjoy a strong material and workmanship warranty for the products received. In the few warranty claims received almost all have been a result of third party incorrect installation failures – outside of our control. Never the less where possible we often assist in the rectification of the issue, ensuring the development of high esteem with our contractor customers.
